Counterfeit products

The seller should always list the original products. It is not permanently allowed to list or add counterfeit products on this site. If we find the seller involved in the sale of counterfeit products, the site will suspend the seller's account and we may take legal action against the seller.

Order Cancellation

The confirmed and accepted application can be canceled at any time. Any cancellation of the application will be subject to penalty by the Department of Consumer Affairs.

Misleading advertising

Seller shall not include any incorrect or misleading information about any product in any way for gain.

Product safety

As a seller, you must ensure product safety due to the trust of customers in our site and in you as a service provider and because we take the utmost care in obtaining the trust of customers by offering products that are safe and high quality guaranteed by vendors.

Content

The seller is solely responsible for the credibility of the content, such as product images, videos, text descriptions, etc. The site is not responsible for adding content. The content listed must comply with the seller's terms and conditions, especially in relation to a description that does not cause unfair business practice.

Exemption

You agree that you are solely responsible for all disputes with any user or any third party. You agree that the Site or any of its affiliates are not responsible for any disputes that may arise between you and others.

Claims

As a reseller, if you breach any of the terms and conditions listed on this site, we will make all money paid to you by others and we will charge additional amounts depending on the nature and duration of the breach or overrun.
