Merchandise that hasn't been worn, washed, or is broken and has a postmark within 14 days of delivery can be returned for a refund (less an $8 label fee, if needed).

Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 14 days after the date of delivery for a full refund. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return or exchange. Any items that appear to be worn will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Please keep in mind:

• Jewelry and items marked "final sale" (40 percent off or more) are non-refundable.
• Items will not be accepted if they have deodorant marks or smell strongly of perfume. Please exercise caution when trying on your garments!
• If you choose to get store credit for your items returned within the 14-day return window, we will waive the fee for the return label and issue a store credit.

Here’s how to do it!

1. Click here to open our return portal and follow the prompts to select the item(s) you want to return or exchange.
2. Explain why you're returning or exchanging them.
3. You can download your label after submitting your return through our returns portal.
4. Pack your UNWORN and UNUSED items and drop them off at your nearest USPS location within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund (less the $8 label fee).

• Please drop off your items as soon as possible! The shipping label will expire 10 days after it is issued.
• Please do not include items from multiple orders in a single return. Separate orders must be isolated in order to be credited when the carrier scans them.

Refunds are Simple: Your original form of payment will be credited for returns mailed within 14 days of the day your item was delivered.

When will I be refunded?

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing time after we receive your return. Your return will be processed once your items have been inspected by the Social Threads team. Please allow another 1-3 business days for the refund to post to your account (minus the $8 label fee if applicable).
