Sunil Malhotra is the Managing Partner of Bchain Consultants. He is an entrepreneur, investor and management consultant with over 32 years of rich experience across M&A, corporate finance, technology, manufacturing, F&B, retail, loyalty, aviation and transportation industries.
Sunil has deep functional knowledge of corporate finance, technology, supply chain and operations and extensive expertise across the value chain bring global experience, having led engagements for Governments and Private sector across Europe, North America, Asia, Middle East and Africa.
Prior to joining Bchain, he has led the MENA advisory practice for a leading Big 4 (PwC & EY) directing large scale organization transformation projects comprising performance improvement, investments & deals, risk and governance services, business and operational strategies, process design and improvement, project management and business transformation implementation initiatives.
Sunil holds a Master of Business Administration, from The School of Management, Bradford University, United Kingdom, specializing in strategic management. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce, with finance and economics. He holds a Diploma in Airline Management from International Air Transport Association, (IATA) and a Diploma in Hotel Management from The Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition. Sunil also holds a Diploma in Business Management from The National Executive Board of Supervisory Management (NEBSM), United Kingdom and a Certificate in Complete Direct Marketing from The Institute of Direct Marketing, Teddington, United Kingdom. Sunil is a PMP and holds a Certificate in Project Management (PMP) from International Institute of Learning (IIL), United States
In his spare time, Sunil loves travelling, reading business articles and writing.
Bindu is the Partner for Bchain and brings in in deep finance and strategy experience having previously worked in senior management positions with corporations like Budget, Rank Xerox and Holiday Inn.
She manages the finance functions for Bchain and brings in deep financial management experience.
She holds a Bachelor honors degree in Finance & Psychology and a Post graduate degree in tourism management. Her education and deep work experience in the corporate industry brings in much needed skill set for the management consulting business.
In addition to managing the financial and accounting functions for Bchain, Bindu also oversees the supply chain, logistics and supplier deal management functions for Bchain.
In her spare time, Bindu loves travelling and cooking with a keen interest in Italian cusine.
Vivek is a Director with Bchain and an experienced business professional, strategic negotiator and business consultant.
He brings over 30 years of rich cross cultural experience in business, strategy, marketing, operations & business development with focus on project & operations setup, expansion, development, marketing & sales and customer engagement.
He brings deep experience in performance improvement and strategic management controls and has a proven track record of enabling value for shareholders having worked for aviation, travel, financial services, real estate, hospitality and other sectors on a global basis.
He leads clients engagements and brings a lot of experience across business management, performance improvement, financial and management controls, and advices clients in corporate finance and M & A transactions.
In his spare time, Vivek loves playing golf, travelling and aero-modelling. He makes and assembles his motorized aircrafts and is an active member at aviation clubs.
CA Abhay is a Director with Bchain and is a professional bringing in deep financial, accounting and audit experience.
He has a qualification of CA and CWA and brings in vast experience of over 13 years in the field of auditing (external and internal), financial analysis and accounting and tax advisory.
Abhay is also the Managing Partner at S A E Tax & Accounting Services which provides tax and accounting services.
Abhay has worked with KPMG's India office on clients across the sectors like manufacturing, service, IT/ ITeS, pharma, oil and gas, and others.
He leads clients' engagements and brings a lot of experience across business process improvement, financial and management controls, improvement of controls, identifying control deficiencies, performing risk-based audits, and advising clients in corporate finance and M & A transactions.
In his spare time, Abhay loves to read and play cricket.

He is an enterprising professional with several high profile achievements, bringing a wealth of insights and inspiration in the world of technology and brand equity structuring.
He advices on technology and is the subject matter expert for Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media, Media Planning and buying), Website Design and Development (ECommerce Portals, Corporate websites, etc.), Software Services (Application builds, Product Development, Process Digitization, Collaboration Platforms, Mobile Development) and Marketing & Activations (ATL/BTL)

Manish is a Legal Advisor with Bchain and brings deep legal experience and expertise as a professional lawyer
Manish advises clients on legal matters and provides deep insights across a range legal issues for transactions may it be the legal structure or creation of special purpose vehicles to enable the transaction.
He brings in deep experience of companies and corporate law and provides direction and strategic advice on enabling legal due diligence.

Ryan is a Business Analyst with Bchain and brings deep analytical skills having worked for leading financial analytics firms and within the corporate finance network.
Ryan holds an industrial engineering degree from Purdue University and has worked with manufacturing and retail sectors in different geographies. He brings well honed international experience and works on challenging projects across the region.
He works with financial modelling and enabled business analysis in corporate finance and works on pre deal optimization of value for shareholders by providing deep analysis for the value drivers which enable EBIDTA maximization.

Aryan is an Investment Analyst with Bchain and enables crucial leg work in the initiation phase of the M & A transaction.
He works to develop the investment thesis for the clients and creates the unique selling propositions for the business post deep financial and investment analysis wearing the hat of the prospective buyer.
Aryan also assists in legal as well as financial due diligence. His past internships at leading law firms like Al Tamini & Partners etc. have honed him with good skills which assist him in the assessment and analysis process.
He works with investor’s analytical teams and related management consultants providing them financial modelling support for the investment rationales and supports the M & A transactions.
Aryan is a keen fitness enthusiast and works on holistic fitness and loves playing football and watching card tricks on YouTube.
Armaan is a Financial Analyst with Bchain enables all financial assessments and analysis as a core function in corporate finance advisory services.
He works to assess published data across industries and enable financial analysis for clients. He works with market and business data to enable financial and economic impact assessments for projects and creates the risk assessment for the business.
He conducts financial sensitivity analysis on the projections and advices clients on the most viable options to enable future goals.
He has also led some key engagements with experience in Cost-benefit Analysis, Incentives analysis & planning, regulatory economics and competition economics.
He works with client related teams and provides all financial analysis in the buy or sell side mandates and supports the M & A transactions.
