What are your hours?

Monday – Sunday 10 am to 8 pm.

How do I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule your appointment by your phone through our Mobile App.

What can I expect from my service provider during my salon or spa treatment?

Your service provider will consult with you prior to the service to find out your goals and preferences and will guide you to the right treatment. She will also let you know what to expect and will find out if you have any special needs or concerns.

I’d like to add additional services to my booking. What shall I do?

Absolutely, please inform the ladies that you will add another service! We will always try to accommodate your wishes, although we do recommend that you book your treatments in advance.

What is your pricing policy?

All prices are subject to change. Updated prices will be on our Mobile App.

What is your cancellation policy?

Providing outstanding services is the core of our business. Our services are reserved especially for you, we would appreciate if you notified us 24 hours in advance to change or cancel appointments to avoid any penalty’s. Without the 24-hour notice, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the price of the cancelled service, and 100% of the service in the event of a “no-show.” We thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding. Bundle packages and groups must give a minimum 48-hour cancellation notice.

Do you accommodate late arrivals?

We pride ourselves on providing services to all of our clients in a timely and professional manner. Your promptness is greatly appreciated and required to properly serve you. In the event that you are running late, you will be billed for the entire session. However; as a courtesy to other clients, we can only conduct your session within your scheduled appointment.

Do you charge extra for beauty salon services at home

We do have an extra charge for the transportation depending on your location.

Are your technicians & their equipment’s sanitized

Yes, we have a regular check on all technicians for sanitation and their health conditions. We make sure that Technicians and their equipment’s are clean and sanitized before every appointment.

Will home service save my time?

Yes, definitely, because you already have the schedule with us and the technician visits you on time.

Do you serve in hotels & offices as well

Yes we do as long as our beauticians are allowed in the location.

What are your service timing

We are available for our customers from 10 AM to 8 PM from Monday – Sunday. Guests can easily book for any beauty service through our Mobile App.

Can I pay through Card

Yes. Our payments are directly done through our app with credit card and apple play. Cash is not accepted.

IS MAHARANI BEAUTY SALON AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT DUBAI AND SHARJAH?

We cater almost all areas of Dubai excluding Hatta. We also cater in some areas in Sharjah “from Dasman to Al garayen”.
