BIYR’s platform connects the sellers to the buyers in two ways:

  1. Openly – wherein sellers post their anonymous sell side mandates and potential buyers submit their interest through BIYR’s platform, post which Buyer get access once Seller approves of it. This is called the BIYR’s BLUE CLUB and is free and open to all buyers and sellers
  2. Privately – this is a private and secured access wherein BIYR’s sell side members retain control and confidentiality over whom, how, and when they approach the market and all access is enabled through BIYR. This is called the BIYR’s SILVER CLUB and is available at a small annual fee
  1. The buy-side granularly describes their criteria and interests.
  2. The sell-side inputs details of the company they’re working with or transaction they’re bringing to market
  3. BIRY’s algorithms analyze each buy-side member’s deal criteria, and privately recommends matching parties for the sell-side to approach, ordered by relevance.
  4. The sell-side reviews each buy-side profile, selects who to engage, and contacts the buy-side through BIYR’s platform
  5. Buy-side recipients receive the deal opportunity to their email and BIYR account, knowing it’s a fit for their preferences and sent from a qualified sell-side party.
  6. To the sell-side, BIYR is an incredibly efficient tool that helps discover and prioritize the right buy-side targets for any deal.

BIYR as a marketplace for buying or selling businesses provides you with different ways to buy any business. Both Buyers and Sellers can choose from the two membership levels:–
